It is a healing process from the outside in: it starts with the regulation of the breath, which leads to the regulation of the muscles and influences the flow of energy in the internal organs. So interrupting our senses makes it easier for us to listen to our inner thoughts. So is the concept of blindfold yoga.In blindfolded yoga, there is no need for anyone to assess your asanas because no one can see you, and you will feel as if you are the only person in the space. Students are guided through asanas while blindfolded, experiencing the pure use of the senses of hearing, touch, smell and taste, and strengthening them to overcome certain insecurities and emotions, and to experience and begin to focus inwardly on themselves.
As The Little Prince says, “What is truly important is not seen with the eyes, but felt with the heart.” So we should all learn to listen to our hearts. If you have time, come and try an inward yoga practice without the lure of sight, listen to your heart and feel your emotions.

Flow Yoga uses smooth transitions from pose to pose. In the myofascial release yoga class, we’ll use the body weight with foam roller, massage balls and other props to release overly tense muscle and myofascia. Through working with the breath, at a slow pace, focusing on building up a deliberate wave of pressure to produce a deep local stretch, we also awaken our awareness. Through this release method, we’ll increase muscular flexibility, circulation and openness.
